About returning goods

We will accept returns only for the following reasons.

• If the product is defective
• If you received a product different from the order
  
  
• Refund will be processed if the product is out of stock.

How to contact us regarding returns and exchanges

1. After product delivered within 14 days, please contact us via inquiry form.
2. Defective products or goods that have been sent are different you’re your order, please return the products by using the original packaging to our assigned location. 

We don’t accept returns or exchange other than the 2 conditions mentioned above.  
Also, please note that we don’t accept any returns 14 days after delivery.
